September 30 is Orange Shirt Day in Canada. A day in which we recognize the harm the residential school system did to children's sense of self-esteem and well-being. In Our orange shirt day will be Oct. 2, in recognition of Mi'kmaq History Month.  Please see the attachment for further explanation.
